How the LiveScore Group is set up
A "sister site" is a betting site run by the same company, usually under the same licence, with the same rules on payments, verification and complaints. The phrase gets stretched a lot online, so it helps to start with what LiveScore Group actually owns.
The group has three brands. LiveScore is the scores and news app most Nigerian football fans already have on their phone. LiveScore Bet is the sportsbook and casino, with separate sites for the UK, Ireland, Nigeria and the Netherlands. Virgin Bet is a second sportsbook, launched in 2019 under a licence from the Virgin brand and aimed at the UK.
The rules that hold across the group are simple: every country has its own licensed company, accounts do not cross borders, and the terms you agreed to are the ones on the site you signed up to. For Nigerian players that means everything runs through Visatech Limited, whatever you may read about the UK site.

Who owns LiveScore Bet
LiveScore Bet is owned by LiveScore Group. The group was demerged from the Gamesys group of companies in September 2019, the same year Sam Sadi became chief executive, and in 2022 the Swiss media group Ringier invested £50 million and became a shareholder. It describes itself as a sports media and betting business: the free LiveScore app brings the audience, the betting brands earn the money.
In Nigeria the licence is held by Visatech Limited, a LiveScore Group company. The Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority lists Visatech for online sports betting and online casino, and the licence number published for the brand is LSLGA/OP/OG/LSB041224. That company is the one you have a contract with, and the one to name in any complaint.
True sister sites (same licence holder)
Strictly speaking, a true sister site shares the licence holder. In Nigeria there is none: Visatech Limited runs one brand. If you widen the net to "same owner, any country", you get the other LiveScore Bet sites and Virgin Bet — none of which will open an account for someone living in Nigeria.
So the honest answer for a Nigerian player is that LiveScore Bet has no sister site you can actually use. Any page that lists ten "LiveScore Bet sister sites" is listing competitors, usually with an affiliate link on each.
Same platform, different operator
This is where most of the confusion comes from. In October 2023 LiveScore Group signed a long-term deal with Kambi, a Swedish-listed sportsbook supplier, to power LiveScore Bet and Virgin Bet. The agreement covered the group's companies in Gibraltar, Malta and Nigeria. Kambi supplies the same engine to many other operators around the world, so odds screens, bet builders and cash-out menus can look alike on unrelated sites.
The casino works the same way. Sweet Bonanza is a Pragmatic Play game and Lightning Roulette is an Evolution table; hundreds of casinos rent them. Seeing the same games or the same betting layout tells you who the supplier is, not who holds your money.
